We are recruiting a Senior Branch Operations Leader for a highly regarded regional bank located in Western PA. Our client is looking for someone with a deep understanding of branch operations and the ability to "think outside the box" in creating solutions to complex branch operational challenges. The Position:
In this role you will lead individuals and teams to develop and implement first-class operational policy and procedural strategies and tactics to deliver an engaging customer and employee experience while managing risk and reducing fraud. You’ll provide energy, inspiration, innovation and leadership needed to deliver superior operational and compliance related performance in an ever-changing and complex industry.
You must leverage your superior leadership skills and experience to inspire, coach and develop your team for success
You will be accountable for continuously exceeding expectations and driving your team to achieve performance excellence by providing on-going coaching, training, support and empowerment of your team as they strive to provide a high level of customer and employee satisfaction while exceeding both operational and efficiency objectives
You must leverage your creative, critical thinking and decision making skills to ensure consistent implementation of the branch network’s operational processes and initiatives establishing the bank as a market leader
You will be accountable for delivering on assigned projects, accurate, appropriate and timely performance reporting, first-class operational and systems training, comprehensive operational data analysis and trending
You will work with retail employees of all levels as well as numerous departments and support functions within the bank to deliver operational excellence and integrity

Here is what our client requests:
10+ years of relevant experience in an operationally focused customer-centric sales and service environment with a proven track record of leading with a vision, exceeding assigned goals, maintaining operational excellence, developing talent, building teams and driving performance for multiple locations
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship–building skills, ability to excel in a complex and dynamic environment
In-depth knowledge of banking institution concepts, and policy and procedures
Able to organize projects, exercise independent judgement, prioritize workflows, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
